Fuel Surcharge: FSC based on the DOE and Megatrux Transportation's contracted O/O FSC Matrix

Fuel Discounts: Fuel discounts on all fuel card purchases: Petro, Pilot, Love's, Flying J and TA Travel Centers

Eligibility For Pay Raise: Improve PSP Scores. See above chart.

Stops: $30.00 per stop in between first pick up and last delivery

Deadhead Pay: Paid Deadhead $ 0.87 on all miles after the first 100 miles.

Company Paid: Paid Cargo Ins., Tolls, Scales, Faxes, Trip Paks, Trailer Washes, Lumpers

Layover Pay: Layover pay $150 after 48 hours (only if NO loads are offered or made available to you)

Detention Pay: Detention pay after 4 hours. (Must notify dispatch at 2 hrs as well as have time stamped on bills)

Mileage: PC Miler 23 (or more currently accepted Megatrux version)

Insurance Requirements:

Physical Damage
Physical damage policy covers towing & storage outside of the policy limit (total insured value & has no limit)
• Insurance to protect the public covers towing and storage outside of the policy limit (total insured value &
has no limit) under dispatch. This insurance is mandatory under FHWA. This insurance is only procurable on
your own if you have your own Operating Authority, otherwise, you must purchase it through our provider.
Owner Operators have a companion policy to our corporate master.

• Bobtail/Non-Trucking Liability
Insurance to cover your tractor when you are not under dispatch

• Occupational Accident
Insurance to cover you and/or your co-driver if you are involved in an accident while under dispatch
requiring accidental medical coverage and/or temporary disability expenses.
• $110,000/1 Million (on OCC/ACC is the Mega Insurance underwriter's offer)
